You want your photographer to care, to capture you in the best possible light. I strive to capture both posed and unposed images. I know that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera (I speak from experience) I completely get that. I will prompt you and hopefully make you laugh, I also look for the little moments, in between, the laughs, the quiet moments, the glances you might not otherwise see.
I always approach my sessions and client interactions with a warm and friendly approach. Nothing helps to open up a shy child like meeting them on their level to get to know them a little bit before and during their session.
If you are looking to document your family, event or special occasion in Ottawa, the valley and beyond then I would love to hear from you. Travel within Eastern Ontario and beyond is always an option and I would be happy to discuss this further. Making the decision to hire a photographer is an investment. Family and Headshot branding photography - Your gallery will be lightly edited and uploaded to a private, password protected gallery for viewing. From there, you will select your favorite images and those images will be professionally edited and sent to you via your gallery for downloading.
Corporate event and wedding photography - A gallery of all of the best images from the day will be selected and edited by Dawn McLeod Photography. The gallery will be sent to you via a private, password protected gallery link for downloading.
All images are shared via a password-protected online gallery. You can share your gallery of images with family and friends or keep them private. Its up to you.
